RIO NO LONGER DOING TRANSFERS

Cascade will NOT be doing future transfers with RIO after yesterdays incident when a transfer for a Cascade client from Rio to Cascade was refused by Rio for no reason .

Since no one is asking the blindingly obvious question, I'll volunteer: would a possible reason for the decline by Rio to Cascade be that Rio wanted to keep that client's money at Rio, for whatever reason? Or was it just a humdrum case of misinformed customer service?

As far as we're concerned, transfers may be requested to and from Cascade Sportsbook.

as far as i am concerned my bank should transfer all their money to me.....it is'nt going to happen though....just like cascade transfers to and from rio

Any and all misunderstandings between the Rio Group and Cascade have now been entirely cleared out.

Contrary to the title of this thread, the Rio Group continues processing sportsbook to sportsbook transfers.

Firstly nothing has been cleared out and nothing will be cleared out.

Secondly I would like to make this very clear to all one time and one time only .
There were NO misunderstandings made here.
I personally called your customer service depot last night and spoke to Rob .
He stated that the GM had given instructions that no transfers were to be made to Cascade .
When I asked who he was and if I could speak to him I was told he was not available .
At that time I specified that since I had the client in question on the phone, and that the transfer was being refused by Rio that there would be NO future transfers between Cascade and Rio .
As for future transfers between Cascade and Rio there will be NONE period .
I would ask you to kindly remove Cascade from your list of books you transfer between to avoid further confusion for clients .

Dave is incorrect here, as Lenny has spoken to one of rio's owners and they hope to have this situation resolved by thursday morning. Rio would like to emphasize that despite recent disputes between employees from both sportsbooks that Rio considers Lenny and Cascade one of the premier sportsbooks in the world. Rio respects Lenny tremendously, and whether this dispute gets resolved or not, Rio appreciates the opportunity to work with a book as fine as Cascade.
