Tough loss mob. From my experience, it's best to take the dogs in these situations. I've been burnt alot by going with the faves in these situations. The oddsmakers tend to overestimate the chances for teams who "have to win". It's crazy that I was able to get +0.5 for Zaragoza at home. They've been in the top 6 the whole year, and have beaten both Barcelona and Sevilla at home.

This whole Spanish season has been characterised by the top teams consistently managing to fail in decisive matches.

Sevilla had a GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY to steal the Liga title today and instead held to goalless draw at Mallorca. wow they really could've had the Treble, UEFA/Spanish Cup/Liga title

your right, the line was kinda rough on madrid, i wanted to take them as a PKem but i dont think many sportbooks were offering that.

i think the soccer gods have been favoring Real these last few weeks, i would have gone aywall if the league was decided on Messi putting in a goal by his hand.

either way, the title is there for the taking. and this year the league is white. 11/1 in October was well worth it now.

It should have been in the bag; I really wish they did it. Apparently they had a couple of penalty decisions turned down that might have cost them. Sevilla always tend to struggle away, though. Also, in the second half of the season, Mallorca have been one of the top 5 form teams in the league. If they play to the best of their abilities there's a slim chance they could get a draw against Madrid. Apparently Barcelona are gonna be looking to pay Mallorca some money as an incentive to play to their best.

If the match were not a title decider then I believe the line could have been a PK'em or -0.25 Madrid.

You're damn right about the soccer Gods smiling on Madrid. Usually, you can't really argue against a team winning the league title, as it goes to the best team over 38 games. But, if Madrid end up winning the title, they'll easily be one of the luckiest and worst that I can remember in recent times. They were hopeless and awful for such a long period. They've been very lucky.

I like the Serbian system. I feel they have the potential to frustrate the possession game of Holland because they can defend very well and launch quick counterattacks. Holland being at home might feel the pressure to attack. This could play into the Serbs hands.
