Police are looking into another video of the incident that has yet to be made public. The police have it and have not released it.

The second video shows Flores holding a knife as he's shot, a source with knowledge of the investigation told CNN on Wednesday.

Bexar County District Attorney Nicholas LaHood told CNN that the second video is "a better view to make an assessment on what happened. It is a closer view and a better angle."

He also characterized the second video as "troubling." He added that the FBI has joined the investigation into Flores' death.

i come from a large Italian family who has plenty of good morals. If you don't see how shitty this world is becoming because of people like this guy, not people like me, Then you are a fool.

This country is full of morons and why this country is great is because youre free to be a moron. You're also allowed due process.....if we just allow cops to shoot people they don't like.....you could be next.

Laws in a civilized nation are to be followed by all....including cops. There is a guy blocks away from me that's an asshole, by himself, miserable, a real Acebb type of guy.....can I just go shoot him? Of course not.

Can an you shoot him? No. If you catch him beating his child and wife call the cops and he comes out with a knife? Fire away for all I care.

All of that is alleged ......so you can't just shoot the guy on accusations. There are laws and procedures in America.

Don't ever try and reason with the Italian Stallion. His world is very different than the normal reasonable guys on this forum.

What did he say last week? Something about a woman deserving to be raped because she is cheating on her husband? Geez, that's all you need to know about this guy.

#1 The cops were called there by a lady that was cut up with a small child
#2 Guy is a convicted criminal......when you are a convicted criminal you are on a short leash as well you should be.
#3 Dont fuck around when the cops show up.....get your fat ass on the ground face down immediately.

Pretty simple stuff......could the cops of tasered him? Sure, but we would all be paying for this guy to live off the system in jail for the next 6 to 10 years. Then when he gets back out? He kills that lady and or child. It's a book that has been read many times over. I support cops, not convicted criminals.

Preach it, brother! I'd like to buy you a beer sometime....

Coach, the problem with what that clown just wrote is when a cop arrives on the scene of a possible DV, they don't know who the perp is or what is criminal history is. They have no clue if he has a history or not. Hell, they don't even know if a woman is cut up by this guy even? Now, should he get on the ground when they tell him to get on the ground? Hell yeah he should.

Enfuego, we can play arm chair QB all we want....we saw a video from 100 yards away. Regardless, cops are human and they make mistakes. I'm not ever going to justify a bad cop. However, I was a professional firefighter on a big city fire department for 18+ years. I've seen the worst of the worst and I've responded to some fucked up calls in my career involving the police getting the bad end of the stick. I had a colleague that was actually a Jacksonville cop AND a Coast Guard reservist (like me) who was shot in the face - He chased a suspect, wrestled him to the ground, the suspect pulled a gun and put it over his shoulder while the cop had him wrapped up around the waste and shot him....the only reason he survived is because the gun was only about 18 inches from his face. If it was farther away the bullet would have picked up more velocity and killed him. Anyhow, my point is: I'm taking the cops side 99.99% of the time. If there are 1000 cop shootings in the US every year, I'll guess maybe 1 or 2 were negligent. All we hear about are the "questionable" ones (and Mike Brown got what he deserved).

It's a pretty simple concept: Do what you're told to do by a police officer.

And not all cops are white, btw...

Yeah, totally agree man. Just saying, what you're agreeing with in regards to NBA's post is not accurate as it applies to that scenario.

The " do what your told" in regards to the police is a bad excuse for shooting people. Often times cops are telling you stuff that you are in your rights to not do. Many need better training to deal with situations like these.

It's become obvious that matter how many cops we see these days shooting & killing ppl without good enough reason, that some ppl will still defend & praise what that corrupt piece of cowardly sh!t did.

And as for this case it doesn't matter if we find out the guy had a knife or not because he wasn't walking or lunging towards anyone.

If you're that big of a pu$$y to overreact & take a life for merely being a chicken sh!t, then you need exactly what some innocent cops have been getting lately thanks to garbage like you...

That's only true in a Police State. In a free country the concept should be almost as simple: Do what your Constitutional rights allow you to

Well, that's great in theory however if a cop points a gun at me and gives me instruction, I don't care if I know my rights or not, I'm going to comply. Let the court figure it out later.

What the heck guys...

Clearly someone told the guy to put his hands up, which he did what he was told to do, and STILL got gunned down!

If they are needlessly pointing their weapons at people or shooting them when they do put their hands up it's pretty clear we're already in a Police State

LOL. A bullet loses velocity the split second it leaves the gun. And, it continues to lose velocity, basic physics.

Reminds me of other players talking about a Sandy Koufax fastball in A Lefty's Legacy: ""Rose up just before it got to the plate." Also, "Fifteen feet from home plate, where the grass ends and the dirt begins, it got an afterburner on its ass." Or my favorite, "It re-accelerated."

If a Dodger can violate the laws of physics, certainly the men who enforce our Constitutional laws can do whatever they want with our natural laws as well
