Edited to remove Shacks play on the Yankees at - 1.5 -171 on Sunday 6-1-03. The play was made 28 minutes prior to game time which is a rules violation. All plays must be made atleast 30 minutes prior to the posted game time or it is no action. I went through my plays to verify they were in good standing and this play is not and is therefore a no action play.

My condition on taking the over tonight at 11 o -104 was that we were disallowing the Yankees game from Sunday. Since it was an obvious late play and you were squabling about two minutes earlier today. You took advantage of a week line last week and never confirmed you still had the play at the new line. As far as I'm concerned that was a no action bet. The only compromise I will have here is that the over from last week that you had stands if my Yankees from Sunday is voided and I will keep the Reds over from tonight.
I was also going to play the Reds tonight at +162, but didn't get around to attempt to putting it in until 29 minutes before start time so I had to lay off.

I never said I would take the line at 11 until I told you about the Yankees and since you wanted to enforce the 2 minutes on the over tonight I chose to enforce it on the bet I made on Sunday. A rule is a rule I told you today so we will honor them. Not your way. By the rules. 30 minutes means 30 minutes and two minutes means two minutes. Don't start twisting shit again.
