This contest does seem to have some very unclear rules in it. Something that I find very questionable is on a play that Shack made on the Yankees that was late he had half of the bet counted as a loss. How could this be? If its late do you count it as half a play? Then I see Shack made three plays late(when I say late it is before the game but not atleast 30 minutes before the game) and all three won for a total of + 4.18 units. Why was it atleast not counted as half a win. I see Raiders is bitching about the Yankees play not being counted as a total loss even though the play was late. I think this is where all the problems started. How could it be that when Shack lost a late play it was counted as a total loss initially. Then after he complained it was half a loss, yet he won three late plays and doesn't get any credit at all.
I see you guys had rules, but they were not followed 100% and could be interpreted several different ways. I think both of you want to win, but the rules you have are cloudy at best. Both of you have addressed your key issues and concerns. The contest is so close and has just a few days left in it that I would suggest you make the rules more clear and concise and each of you make 20 plays over the next week with no piggybacking, with the same lines, and then and only then could a winner be declared.
I see you both have separate scores posted, and I could see it both ways. I think there is no clear winner here as your rules are not clear. Both of you have good points, but it's too cloudy now. Make it more clear and battle for 7 days with clear and concise rules. Good luck to both of you.

ESPN- I'm up big no matter how you look at it and have been up since day 2. All my plays are in on time. Shack's made many questionable plays. He does this to take a free shot. When a play loses such as the NYY play he tries to cancel it. I just want to be done with this idiot. I don't care about the money anymore.

Raiders-that is your opinion on the score. I can see your point, but I can also see Shacks scores being correct as well, and that doesn't even include the + 4.81 he didn't get on late plays. If half of that was counted as a win(+2.405) like half of the loss that was counted late and you went by Shacks total that he had - Shack would be up by +2.68. I could make an argument for both of you here, but the way you see it is only your way. Just observing-no offense.
I feel both of you have cases and that you should play a week with set rules and then and only then could a legitimate winner be declared.

ESPN- Shack agreed that these totals were correct. The only problem he had was with the canceled plays. The totals were updated daily. Shack waited until day 28 to complain about the totals. I decided to cancel the contest because it's unfair to Sea. Shack has been in negative numbers more than 50% of the contest. I've been positive the whole way and won this thing easily.

ESPN-You are correct in your observation. Why should Shack have to complain about a written rule. You started to cheat Raiders and Shack called you out on it. Raiders-are you saying you will cheat and if you don't catch me unitil day 5 or day 28 it doesn't matter. I didn't see anywhere in the rules that says if you don't catch a phuckup within 24 hours that it stands. Raiders-you have just shown in this contest by setting all the rules and then interpreting them all your way - the reason why I wouldn't play you under these circumstances. In my opinion, at best, you tied Shack in this contest.
