i emailed will the details. Am I the only one that had wagers cancelled ? since these were the best #'s i could find, i think others would have made the same plays at nine.com allday on tues.

You have to tell the linesmakers not to "tell" customers how to bet.

You can not tell customers they can not wager on the money line if the game is moving, that they cant wager on a first half line, that they cant wager in the first few moments after the second half line is posted, that they cant wager just before tip off to get the best number, etc etc.

You have to get the linesmakers (no matter how much experience they have) to stop with that stuff. It is insulting and Bush.

You guys could become a top 10 book, your fresh, fun, hip, trendy and have lots to offer. but the guys making the wagers have to be allowed to wager on what they feel like without getting kicked out. HArd to really grow a customer base that way.

and guys PLAYING at nine.com make a loose play there, play the super bowl there, reWARD THEM FOR HANGING SO MANY LINES AND HAVING A FEW DIFFERENT NUMBERS, SCRATCH THEIR BACK AND THEY WILL SCRATCH YOURS.

Bottom line is the customer sends you his cash not the other way around and can wager at a disadvantage on the juice on anything they desire and should be treated with respect and encouraged to make as many wagers as possible.

you notice the pattern with nine. there are always issues, moderators at the rx always have to intervene and get involved. think about players who dont have the help of the rx. they must constantly get "reamed" or "bullied" by nine because they dont know any better. are these the actions of a top tier book? i can honestly see no reason why players play here except for the lure of a big bonus. yes they pay now because of vip, not because they are a great book or have changed their ways. but again, most people here could care less about the past and about other posters getting screwed. all they care is about themselves. this is a pretty shallow view. please look at the bigger picture and support the "real books" in the industry that treat their players fairly and do the right thing.

they dont want to clean up their act. in essence, they want to keep a player base that will bet games at the worst possible number. i think they have these promotions/big bonuses to attract as many players as possible and then kick out and hassle players who do not fit their profile. over time, they will have a big enought client of squares who will consistently bet games at worst number possible because they do not know any better.

The lines i wagered on are still up. The juice has been adjusted 5 cents, the issue is indiscriminate cancelling of wagers [20 hours after they were accepted].
If you dont want action why do you post lines?
How are we the customers, supposed to make wagers knowing they may be cancelled whenever you feel like it based on "mistake" loopholes.
I tried to talk to Rick was refused 2 times and hung up on 1 more time,

Rick is not a resonable man. He told me he knew what kinda guy i was, never meeting me. Then told me I will never get a better number at his shop, I will get the number that is available at other shops.

Sounds real experienced to me. He clones other lines, because he is not sharp enough to set his own.
