If the terrorist get a NUKE the little guy could do alot. Nk would be more than happy to sell them one. It wouldn't be difficult to sneak a NUKE into the US thru Mexico and kill 10's of thousands. You'd be the first one crying that we didn't connect the dots. Then lets say they start making demands or they'll set a second NUKE off. You'd be the first to say give them everything they want, get a pray rug ready.
