I saw a doctor say if you're reusing face masks, placing them in the Sun will help kill the virus

It has been said cooking food should kill any COVID-19 related viruses on it.

I hear what your saying and it’s hard to understand anything right now . Anything you read or follow seems suspect. I read about using a sauna and how it kills I or sheds it. I’ve read about it the virus dying or becoming less effective at various temperatures but then you read about Vietnam and how it’s spreading there.
