You basically have the symbol of the country that has done more to defeat oppression on planet Earth than any other country in the history of the world, and it isn't close ... and that is the symbol you are going to protest against? It's stupid.
If I took action that was going to piss off more than half of my company's core customers, I would be fired instantly. I doubt the owner would join me in the process or look the other way. When I am on the clock, I am on the employers time. If I don't like the job the employer would have me do, I can go find a job that meets my sensibilities. What I don't get to do is make the rules myself.
I boycotted the games. I will continue to do so until the league fixes the problem and because they waited so long to do it, it is going to be that much harder for them.

Is there any factual data that exists proving racial injustice exists in 2017 or is everyone simply listening to what the media says?
Also, what is the goal of these NFL players taking a knee during the anthem? To persuade racists not to be racist? I would think taking a knee during the anthem would create a bigger divide and more racism than there already is.

The only “systemic inequality” I can think of is that blacks are coddled and pampered and pushed toward colleges they have no business attending. They are given bonus points on the SAT’s, take out loans, attend for 4 or 5 years, cannot finish and are saddled with debt. This is all done to make white liberals running these colleges feel good inside because “diversity.”

America should be a "white privileged" culture centered around Christian ethics and values (honesty, strong work ethic, traditional marriage as the natural safety net) where everyone of every race, creed, color, gender and national origin falls into line or be left to fend for themselves.
Face it, "the black community", "women's suffrage", "LGBTQRHDSFYEGXIUWE rights" and other "victim" groups are nothing but codewords for worthless government programs and handouts.

If "systemic inequality" does exist the questions needs to be asked, by who is it done by to whom? Is it whites towards blacks, or whites towards blacks, latinos, and natives? What about the Asians and the Jews? No "systemic inequality" towards these groups? Funny it's the same old tired groups complaining yet the most persecuted group in the history of mankind the Jews, seem to be doing pretty good.
