Dead in Jail??

ill bump some day

Guilty of what? Any crime??

Id say some sort excessive force at a minimum. But, with the autopsies showing not 100% "Conclusive" cause of death, then add in the drugs in his system, etc... going to be hard for ALL 12 members of the jury to convict beyond a "reasonable" doubt.

Its tough, and it sucks, and the cop having his knee on the side/back of his neck for so long was terrible. But, the prosecution has to prove he is 100% at fault to every juror... and with the evidence it isnt there. And you know Chauvins attorney is going to "Demonstrate", and have Chauvin lay facedown, and have someone place their knee in the exact position for 8 minutes on him. Thats how I would base the defense, which would contradict he was the sole fault of it. Like OJ putting on the glove....

I will get a cock reduction if he is not found guilty of 2nd degree murder - I think both autopsies said the circumstances of the arrest was a factor - u don't have to be the primary factor - just a factor to be found guilty - holy smokes if he was found innocent of the murder charges - fuck the pajama faggots like Mob - blacks would actually be doing all the rioting and it would be bad

Based on all currently available info, I think the charges will stick. But you never know what the whole video could show.

Supposedly Floyd said he could not breathe long before he was on the ground - 9 out of 10 times I would agree things could get side tracked - meth, fat, heart disease, heroin and two months of corona virus - but not this case

There isn't a person in this nation that is not going to convict the guy. He's already been tried and convicted, and there isn't a damn thing his defense can do about it. If he were found innocent, the amount of violence that would ensue would make the last few weeks look like nothing. A KKK member would take one for the team and convict the guy.

That isn't how trials are supposed to work in this country, but there is no chance that Chauvin is going to get a jury of 12 that can give him a fair trial. We've all seen the video anyway. He fucking killed the guy.

Defense is also going to try and show his Previous Heart Condition + Asymptomatic for COVID + Drugs in his system + Adrenaline could have caused his death, they will bring in medical experts and such, which will bring up lots of doubt, IMO its going to be a tough case to prove, even tho by the video he looks guilty as hell from the outside, but no one can see whats going on in the inside of Floyds body.... thats where the doubt comes in

He's getting off. The reason.. The left wants him off , to be able to take the country down with more riots and destruction

I think we all know that "we pray for justice" that comes out of everyone's mouth, left and right, is code for "you better convict this guy."

The discussion inside the jury room will go something like this...."the country is fucked if we let this guy off, so is there anyone that votes not guilty?" No? Ok, our work is done here.

What will happen to the other 3 cops is the question that will get a more diverse set of answers.

2nd degree murder is an over charge. I don't see the prosecution being able to 100% prove the charge
due to lots of circumstances and him being a cop who was using an approved method that is still learned and used at the police academy.

3rd degree or manslaughter was a more appropriate and winnable charge.

They either upped the charges to quiet people down, know the fix is in, or want to lose

I have no idea, just know 2nd degree is going to be near impossible to win

He is guilty and should go to jail but it won't be from 2nd degree

Judge Jeanine says 1st degree murder is warranted.

Judge Jeanine says 1st degree murder is warranted.

She and lots of others may want it but by definition just not there.

The jury will more than likely have him guilty before the trial begins

There will probably be an appeal/mistrial due to some issue

I do not want to see him walk by any means but this trial could turn into a modern day lynching
and that is not good either

I would not convict the the other cops of anything - especially the one cop that was just keep the crowd at bay - it was his 3rd day on the job - he was following the senior cop - he didn't do anything to aid or assist a murder

I get what ur saying - but this is just who this cock sucker is - it's what he does - it what he has done his entire career - he killed another person and a he knocked out someone's teeth that was cuffed - all the other cops know him as a rodent - have as much sympathy for him as u would for OJ

I definitely have zero sympathy for this guy, he should not have even been on the force and probably should have already been in jail

With weak leadership in Minneapolis this is what you get, he was allowed to skate due to the mayor, police chief, and Klobuchar being the DA who let him walk
