MJ, show me where Obama said he didn't wear the pin because he opposes the Iraq war. All he said is that in his opinion symbols like the pin substituted true patriotism. Yes, he mentions the Iraq war, but only as an example where patriotism was abused to blindly support a war without inquiring into the true issues.

Fletch, only the Fundy Christians in America support Israel for religious reasons. Everyone else does so because Israel's values [freedom of religion/rule of law/women's rights] are in line with our own. Plus reasonable people realize Israel stole no one's land and just wants to be left alone.
