Yeah, I've spent a lot of time in both. Pros and cons to each. Charleston is expensive. If they're gonna pay me 25% more to live in SA, which has a 16% lower cost of living and no state taxes...that is a massive difference.

Cool. Well, let me know what you decide.

The one trip I took to Charleston (with the wife), was a long weekend getaway. We weren't in the rental car for 30 mins, and I'm driving 70 down the interstate in the rain at night, and all of a
sudden there's a huge buck in the middle of the road, in my lane standing there staring at me. I swerve over a lane to avoid him, and he jumps right in front of the car.

Car was totaled, and it took 2-3 hours to get another rental car. We still had a great weekend though.

The last month I've been playing online at globalpoker.com, and was ready to stop, because I couldn't make money on the site. Either I
was running extremely bad, or someone(s) had access to hole cards.

So I sit down at a $1/$2 table and within 9 minutes got AA once, KK twice, and flopped a set of sixes, and was up $600.

The last hand was nasty.

my KK vs QQ on flop of : 6J2 (villian goes allin on flop, I call)

Turn: 6J2Q

I was 81.7% pre flop
I was 91.6% on the flop
He was 95.5% on the turn

(the site's hand history layout sucks... basically he hit his 2 outter Q on the turn, and I hit a 2 outter K on the river)

Man, I wish Global Poker had a bad beat jackpot. I think this is the first time I've been in a hand where a bad beat jackpot would have hit, if there was one.
Both players hit their straight flush on the river, and both players used both cards. I had the winning hand for about a $120 pot.

I bet the turn with only a draw, because I took the lead in the hand and had bet the flop - and figured he was on a draw as well.

Global's hand history sucks... so I have to take a snapshot of the image.

If anyone is interested. I've been playing Global Poker for 6 months now... What's cool is, you can multi-table on your phone.

I made my first cashin this week, and it was in p4yp4l within 24 hours.

Well, I should say the same skin. The games are different.

But I like their software and agree that it is nice there are no downloads to start it up. Works nice on the work computer lol
