and what about his wrong predictions?

But with that said. Congrats to Trump. I didn't think this would happen.
We all have won/lose on our predictions. Hope the 1st PGA/LIV event will be played at Briarcliff Manor, NY or better yet Trump Turnberry in Scotland!

LIV and Trump won. No question there.

In a vacuum congrats to them.

I have always stated Trump winning the presidency from where he started was one of the most remarkable things i have ever seen. I know people can go back in hindsight and try to diminish it or should have seen signs pointing to it---but on its surface it was truly remarkable.

I'm hoping this merger just leads to the betterment of the game, I'm openminded that it will.

I hope many have the same opinion of golfers who start getting salaries of 40 million like they do of basketball players.

I remember someone here saying "NBA players demanding this money is like them thinking they started the business and now want what the owners make; they should be happy getting whatever they get." I believe i am paraphrasing a certain mod of this site.
if the NBA players could just stop the whining and the drama... maybe even move away from BLM would help also.

Yes. BLM is worse than a murderous Saudi government and yes there is no whining in golf. Lol

I remember the Obama apology world tour. Of which I never saw or heard video but what the right told me was happening.

Then Trump goes on O'Reilly and compares our government as the same as Saudi Arabia and the same on the right applaud it...

The consistency in this country is lacking(at the VERY lest)

BLM far worse. Might have forgotten just one of the BLM missions , the Floyd riots and destruction. Our government even worse. Clinton body bags took it to a new level and its never slowed down since.

Feel bad for the PGA players that didn't take the money and took a stand against taking cash from a murderous government.

The PGA tour really threw them under the bus. Obviously the tour didn't give a shit and was just playing a card in THEIR best interests and as soon as it lost they jumped aboard the money train.

Now the PGA tour will do its best to help you forget their previous reasons for not approving of LIV.
So pathetic
Reminds me of when baseball owners use to encourage players to take steroids then when it became a hot topic they pretended that care about the integrity of baseball so much by throwing the same players under the bus they use to encourage to take roids

The PGA just did a larger version of exactly what they shamed mickleson , kaapka , Norman etc for doing

The hypocrisy is almost on the same level as someone who boycotts bud light but drinks Budweiser .

sellin' out to the Saudis..:)

Chamblee thought the murder of an American journalist was of significance...all the while the Saudis remain a HUGE buyer of American weapons. That dude was so delusional..

poor Norman, even when he wins... he loses. LOL. All these players and players of the future have Norman to thank.

PGA players lost millions by not using their leverage, unfortunate business decision, the Bud Light boycott which eventually became the AB boycott has cost AB billions , which is the bigger point here, which seems to fly over alot of people's heads.

Woods , Rory , Scheffler ‘missed out on hundreds of millions of dollars by having integrity . Not doing exactly what the PGA tour itself just did today .

And they have nothing to show for it

I heard Woods turned down over 250 million

Now Brooks , Phil , Etc get to keep their 9 figure checks and play on the PGA tour at the same time

Kinda funny if both Norman and Chamblee are gone going forward.. how do you not laugh at that ?
how does Chamblee not resign? he seems like a guy of principle...still preaching his position as of today. Cool, his take, i respect that. but how do you stay at the job? ...

the guy wouldnt let it go a yr later, lol
