I have never used it, but I read some times European forums too, because I have Euro roots, and also bet soccer. I always heard about them that they are full of shit and are very quick to limit any winning players!

According to Fangraphs his average velocity on his FB is 92.4 this year and was 94.2 in 2014.
Edit: Meant to respond to someone about the velocity on his pitches, but I'm new here and didn't do it right. Looks like his velocity has gone down a bit.
