Ok, so I woke up to a losing 10x pick....and honestly, that's life. I chose to follow Pennywise because he felt so strongly about the game and it's outcome. Personally, I don't bet huge amounts, but between doing my own thing (which isn't very profitable haha) and tailing Pennywise, even with the 10x loss from last night, I'm up £4k. So I'm happy with that. I'm sure everyone else who has been following from the start is up a similar amount - unit wise. I notice it's not the regular followers/posters in Pennywise's thread that bash after a loss. The point is that anyone following from the start is up a fair bit and should be happy.
Of course it's the lowlifes that bash after a loss, and seem to love to rub it in with the benefit of hindsight Why anyone would want to mock someone else after losing money is beyond me. I thought we were all here for the same reason - to try and beat the book and win some cash.
Understandably, Pennywise and anyone following would be frustrated with losing last night. The mocking just makes it that much more frustrating. It just seems to me the bashing and mocking in Pennywise's thread gets out of hand whenever a play is not doing well or ends up losing. No wonder Pennywise was visibly pissed off last night.
Anyway, just wanted to put in perspective that it's not all doom and gloom after the loss last night - or after any loss for that matter.
Hope to still see you on the forum Pennywise.
