playing out. There will definitely be tanking in 2020. I think we all understand that Brady is not playing until 45, the defense sucks, gronk will be done, bellichick will likely be done.

If I were them or damn near any team, I would.

because of the obvious tanking, will be interesting the trades that will be made.

It would be funny though. America is sick of the patriots being contenders and that 1

They should change the rookie QB scale so it isn't so far below what 2nd contract guys make.

It creates a massive inefficiency where it is so much easier to build a team with a QB on his rookie deal. But the problem is some of these guys aren't that good or ready to play in playoff games yet and you get guys like Watson, Prescott, Trubisky, etc in playoff games. Bad social engineering.

It also creates a scenario where a rising star type player could peak in terms of team success early in his career because it is easier to build around him then (Russell Wilson)
