I see the same, Louisville has won the last 7 meetings between these teams as Pitino knows exactly how to break down the Syracuse match-up zone and has the players with Silva to get through it and Kuric to pop from the corner and Dieng to crash the boards. Louisville on a 6 game streak OMT where they have scored at least 73 points in all but one game in that span and held opponents to under 66 in 4 of 6. Cuse brings a strong 77.8 points per game average to the table tonight so Louisville needs to shave 5 or more points of Cuse's average if Cardinal can continue their recent shooting success. Louisville's Kuric is averaging 22.5 points in this matchup so his performance will be crtical if Louisville's hopes to keep pace with a #2 Cuse team who does hold the edge in FG%, FT%, and 3 Point %. Louisville is 6-0-1 ATS last 7 in this series and are looking for their first victory over this a high of a ranked opponent since 2009-2010 season. Look to see if Louisville can get Cuse in early foul trouble to disrupt their offensive effectiveness. BOL to start the week.

Have always thought Pitino looks sharp in that white suit. He only puts it on once or twice a year for a white out game. First half going as expected accept for Siva picking up a foolish reach in third foul and having to sit the final 6+ minutes plus some pretty poor FT shooting from the Cardinal. Game should continue as a grind. I just hope Siva doesn't pick up a fourth foul early in the second half. The Cardinal offense really falls off without his ability to break down the Syracuse matchup some! Best of luck my friend! :toast:

Louisville's offense has completely disappeared for about a 10-minute stretch. Think it's going to cost them this game since it's so low-scoring. That, and their FT shooting is dreadful.

Hoping for a rally, OMT. Just not optimistic about it.
