That's some pretty disturbing stuff, man. You might want to talk to a professional.

And YOU might want to do the same thing that I suggested for Festering Shit. When is it going to get through your thick skull that I don't give a flying fuck what you think?

He might know if you mentioned it years ago. Acebb had at least one ghost here

The thing is, I have never mentioned anything of the sort, so he's a lying turd-and, as evidenced by the fact that he refuses to say what difference it makes, a racist, lying turd.

Vit, just curious, how old are you? Are you old enough to remember the race riots back in the 60's? A little before my time but my parents lived outside of Baltimore during that time and like most urban whites they moved to "the burbs" to escape. I believe several years later more riots broke out in several cities due to the desegregation of the schools or forced busing. Like I said, a little before my time but my parents still talk about those days.

I am also curious as to the racial makeup of the Rx members. I would venture to say that the makeup is 90% Caucasian. Not that it matters but race does come up often in the poly forum and I would be interested to know if we are all just a bunch of white dudes bitching about race relations. Just curious

FreddieGray and the Riots in Baltimore

The news of the death of Freddie Gray’s death in police custody was not anyone wanted to hear and it almost immediately sparked riots in Baltimore with protesters taking to the streets and defying all laws to register their displeasure about the incident. It is not the first time an African American is meeting untimely death in the hands of law enforcement agents and activists and protesters alike have raised their voices against such acts and have used several media to make this known to the public with the internet being a major channel.
Gray’s death came due to the injuries sustained while he was being transported from the point of arrest to the police station. His death was subsequently rules as a homicide with the six officers involved charged with second-degree murder and other related offences. This however did not stop the people of Baltimore from making their feelings known as it did not take long after the death of the 25-year old Gray was announced before people staged peaceful protests.
The protests became one of the most violent ones in the country with not too many Baltimore riots recording such violence and anarchy experienced in this one. Not less than twenty police officers have since been injured after the death of Gray and the continued violence led to the declaration of a state of emergency. Businesses and individuals were victims of Baltimore Risings with the McDonald’s restaurant being a notable victim after its windows were broken on the 25th of April, 2015 as fallout of the riots.
The protests and violence as regards the death of Freddie Gray have continued to spread and increase with violent actions relating to the incident being recorded in some other areas especially in and around Baltimore.
While protesters and activists have taken to the street to make their feelings known, online activists have also used the internet to spread the word about the unjust killing of an African American and especially as this is not the first of such cases. Twitter, Facebook, Nterestin, and other such social media platforms have been used by online activists and the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter has become increasingly popular no thanks to the increase in the number of police killings of black people in the United States of America. It is rather unfortunate that the #FreddieGray hashtag has also been added to the sorry list of black deaths due to the negligent act of police officers in the United States of America. You're white. Except for when you collapse outside an internet cafe after 23 straight hours of posting. Then you're really really white.

There are a couple of bruthas in here. Not gonna reveal them. That's up to them if they want it known.

I'll bet Dwight Howard's last appearance at the FT Line did a lot for race relations. LMAO as if there was any chance either of those shots were going down. Broken TVs and racial epithets probably set a world record last night. Not in this house though. Me, lay points when the Fave has Revenge and the Dog is wounded? Never!

Whatever his arrest record is, you brain dead cocksucker(Sheriff Jagoff), it would appear that the city of Baltimore has decided they weren't exactly on the right side of things-and the police there disapprove of the settlement. Gee, there's a shocker...

http://www.cnn.com/2015/09/09/us/baltimore-freddie-gray/

(CNN)Baltimore officials approved a $6.4 million deal Wednesday to settle all civil claims tied to the death of Freddie Gray.

Gray suffered a fatal spinal injury while he was transported in a Baltimore police van in April.
The settlement does not "represent any judgment" on the guilt or innocence of the six police officers charged in the case, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said. "This settlement represents an opportunity to bring closure to the Gray family, the community and the city."
Rawlings-Blake is part of a five-person panel called the Board of Estimates that handles the city's financial affairs and approved the settlement.
Gray's family negotiated the deal with city attorneys, a source close to the family told CNN.
"All of us realize that money cannot, will not -- there's no possibility -- to bring back a loved one," the mayor said. "I hope that this settlement will bring a level of closure for the family, for the police department and for our city."
She and others on the panel said that the decision to settle with the family was weighed against the high cost of fighting an anticipated civil suit.
"We can avoid years and years of protracted civil litigation," Rawlings-Blake said, which would be a "significant expense."
The officers charged in Gray's death are not named in the settlement, said City Solicitor George Nilson.
The agreement "spares us all having the scab of April of this year picked over and over and over for five and six years to come," he said.
Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby has said Gray's injury in April occurred because he was handcuffed and shackled -- but not buckled in -- in the police van. Six officers will stand trial on charges ranging from assault to murder. All six have pleaded not guilty.
Gray family attorney Billy Murphy said settling potential civil claims without litigation was "an extraordinary result." Litigation, he said, puts family members "through hell."
If a civil case went to court, he added, "it could easily have taken three years to resolve, and no grieving family wants to go through that," he said. "And our city would not want to go through that."
Police disapprove of settlement

But the head of Baltimore's police union, which represents the six accused officers, said before the announcement that a settlement would be premature.
"To suggest that there is any reason to settle prior to the adjudication of the pending criminal cases is obscene and without regard to the fiduciary responsibility owed to (taxpayers)," said Gene Ryan, president of the Baltimore Fraternal Order of Police.
"There has been no civil litigation filed, nor has there been any guilt determined that would require such a ridiculous reaction."
Ryan had urged the city committee to reject the settlement pact.
"This news threatens to interrupt any progress made toward restoring the relationship between the members of the Baltimore Police Department and the Baltimore city government," he said.
In comments to reporters later Wednesday morning, the mayor reacted to Ryan's comments.
"Gene's statements continue to baffle me, because what this settlment does is remove any (civil) liability from the six officers," she said.
The settlement, she said, ensures that however each officer's criminal trial plays out, they cannot be sued in civil court.
Gray's death sparked outrage that led to days of massive protests, including some that turned violent. Buildings went up in flames, and local businesses were devastated by vandalism and looting -- despite the Gray family's pleas for peace.
The mayor and Murphy said they welcome the city police department using body cameras. Murphy said a body camera program could be implemented as early as this month.
