They'll get their day in court, just like anybody else, but the state's attorney went out of their way to say that there was no probable cause for the guy's arrest-this from the city's top law enforcement official. Law enforcement shouldn't hire 73 year old part time cops, especially to be involved in sting operations, and when there is considerable probable cause that a crime has been committed by cops, they shouldn't be sitting around drawing a paycheck.
