Oklahoma maintains Coaches lead by 1 point (incredible), but UT jumps UF in Coaches!

the loss to tech coupled with tech getting blasted by ou is killing texas. if ou had barely beaten tech, i don't think it would have mattered a whole lot because people would have said we barley won at home where texas barely lost away.... even though margin of victory was officially eliminated from the system, don't think it doesn't come into play. texas beat osu by 4 in austin and osu actually had the ball at the end, while ou beat osu by 20 at stillwater.... the computers may not factor this, but the humans do.

If they're gonna compute all that, then they should compute this:

45-35

And we're praying enough Harris poll voters do.

The system is flawed.......I dont know why we have to continue to follow this formula other than the fact that its all about money......its a joke.

Way off Hippie, I apologize, those were last week's #'s and they're not even right. Supposively they're keeping the Harris poll secret. Obviously if they release that, we'd know the results. Sorry for the misinformation.

if i were in your shoes that would be my argument too...BUT...as a sooner, i say you can't use head-to-head here because of the texas-tech angle. what would be your argument against sending tech? maybe osu should go since they lost to all 3 teams....

Ugh, fine.

According to my numbers, if Texas takes AROUND A 35 POINT LEAD in the Harris, then they will BARELY HOLD OFF OU overall in the BCS.

This is factoring in EVERYTHING, including a SLIGHT overall lead in the computers by OU.

Again though, I DEMAND TO KNOW WHO EXACTLY GAVE OU 2 FIRST PLACE COACHES VOTES!!!

We wouldn't even be having this discussion if not for OU's two fraudulent first place coaches votes.

click on the BCS tab it has them ahead with the updated record

they haven't updated the cpu% yet... it's a given ou will make up ground there.... official bcs still a few hours away.... if that's the right harris poll we're good, but i don't think it is, the vote numbers are identical to last week, i think they just updated records...

I'm starting to feel like Al Gore in the Florida Primary. I hope the big Texas oil money doesn't come in and steal this election.

By the way if you go to harrisinteractive.com you'll get the right numbers...It's Texas 2575 and OU 2569.
