You hover over fantasy and click on your team and you are right there. If you could find it in week 1 - how can you miss it in week 2?

I couldn't set my FF roster either, but my pick was before the deadline. I'm fine with whatever HC wants to do. Certainly wasn't trying to go around the rules.

Yea, thats just my opinion, but I won't complain on HC's or the groups decision and dont think its a big deal if your pick stands

This wasn't covered in the initial rules we talked about, next year I will make sure to put a "if you don't make the pick in the league, tough shit" disclaimer out there. This sets an annoying precedent, but it IS supposed to be a friendly league. So...

This week's pick will stand and FW will need to post his pick in this thread by kickoff Sunday morning for the duration of the pool.

That means if this happens to another participant, provided they PM me or post the pick prior to kickoff, I will be force to afford them the same leniency, and they will be put on what will heretofore be known as the "FW Dunce Program" where they have to post their pick in here. :)

Hope this decision is OK will all.

PS the 9ers are gonna lose tonight anyway

I don't think Yahoo has the option, but I used to host a pool at runyourpool and was able to set an option that auto-selected the weeks biggest point spread favorite if the player did not submit a pick. It avoids this issue that often comes up and makes a headache for the commissioner and is not quite fair to other players. Runyourpoon charges a fee but there might be a free site that has the autoselect option.

I got called in and forgot to post my play this AM...I didn't message anyone because I assumed I was just SOL. Since FW is getting to stay does this mean I can still pick the Monday night game? If so I will take Indy.

IMO no, because FW did contact the Harry with his pick before the deadline. Different situations.

Deadlines are deadlines - it isn't really fair to let him in and not me. I was fine with it - it was my fault after all - but if we are going to have a fun, lenient league then fair is fair IMO.

The difference, to me, is that FW DID contact Harry before the deadline. You didn't, and that makes all the difference. I've been in similar situations before, and the contacting the commish before deadline was always the deciding factor.

Im not going to plead - I fucked up so if I am out I am out. Guess it is up to HC. If he wants to allow it then great, if not see you all next year.

I would let him pick if i had a vote. If we let FW in - just let AL in and then say from now on - you miss a deadline - you are done

I dont know about this WE shit, Harry made the decision.
Not that I would blame them, but anyone who screws up from now on can always go back and say , you let so and so break the
rules why cant I.

Yeah were having fun but that doenst change the fact that 2k is on the line.

letting the first person back in worse than suspending Gorden for a year for a little weed and letting another back in would be worse than the 2 weeks Goodell gave Rice for his shenanigans.

Well it looks like Chicago might be pulling off a miracle to deem all this meaningless

Deadline is Sunday at noon. FW contacted me via PM before deadline, you did not. Sorry you're out.

Kickoff means noon kickoff on Sunday, the deadline in the league page. Sorry AL
