will, I disagree. I'll call Game 1 -145/+135 for Zambrano/Beckett. Series will open -180/+160 at Olympic.

OK willy, what's the story with you here?

You started the first post here and you predicted Cubs -145/+125..Now I see your last prediction was -162/+147, which is equivalent to -165/+145..

So what is it there Willy,.. is it -145 or -165 for the Cubs..

I hope you are right. I have the Cubs -200 at the very least. SF was -200 over Fla and the Cubs are showing that they are just as good if not better.

but that was while ago, they played 13 home games in April, none with key additions Lofton, Ramiriez, and Simon. They went 8 and 5 at home in April. The other side of the coin is the Marlins home record 53 and 28. Cubs 44 and 37. Now there is a stat that is a little more tangible. imho.

the line is my personal evaluation of what the line should be. That is based on talent on both teams, not a line that would bring two sided action. So naturally when a line of say -170 comes out I will bet the Marlins to win the series. I did this with all the series. btw. I think the delay with the lines is that the Cubs have not yet confirmed Zambrano will start. He is very likely to, but it looks like the usual books that open up first are waiting for verification.
