Jerbeek will be Paid in full by Next week because I wouldn't keep those kind of amounts in a PP account.
I'm currently in South Florida, and when i get back to NY this weekend he will be Paid the Balance of what he has already been Paid.

I don't do the Normal thing, which is go down here to Florida for the Winter. I go back and forth every 7-10 days. Usually starting in Sept., but started this time Oct 31st

The "Plan" is to make that move within 3 years. But not sure if I ( We ) can ever give up New York all together.
Summer here in South Florida are not the ideal thing.
Plus I think there's more Crime here, than in NY. ( not in my direct area ) but not far away..
and the Drivers here suck balls !

Always True....ALWAYS true of anywhere you have Drivers from many different areas...together....find an area any area where there are many different license plates and the result is what you describe.


In Atlanta though, to bring up an entirely different area than what we're discussing....in Atlanta people seem to drive like they are crazy for some total different reason...just cuz they drive badly....real badly.


Man....I totally know what you mean about Florida Summers.....yuk....


Your answer was what I expected....figured your instinct, expectation was to not leave NY totally behind...for a "Year-Round" thing in FLA.
