crazy happenings in sampdoria. they scored right before the break and :30 after Samp are celebrating the ref pulls the goal off the board and says he blew the whistle for HT. You guys will HAVE to see this play....it was a free kick! Ball came in, goalie knocked it down and samp tapped it home...in no match in my 40+ years on this planet has a ref EVER blew for HT on this type of play. so instead of 2-0 HT it's 1-0 HT. always interesting trying to bet that league...
had to see what the twitterverse was saying....seriously the most egregious error by a ref on a goal you will ever see but maybe if the mafia blow up your beeper :30 after the goal you know what you need to do

don't think you missed anything with samp. i can tell you this call has never been made before in pro football and when it happens in italy ears should be rightfully raised. odds moved heavily toward torino before the match and i fully expect an equalizer shortly and maybe even a road win and ref walking home with a shoebox full of lira.
