[h=1]Is Obamacare really affordable? Not for the middle class[/h]
But for many middle class Americans -- a single person earning more than $47,520 or a family of four with an income of $97,200 -- the pricey premiums and deductibles mean health care coverage remains out of reach.

I live in a blue state, it sucks

It is great for the poor blue urban areas, where people get the best insurance for free

Why are the people that pay nothing entitled to better healthcare than those who have to pay for it?

Trump in Ohio: What You Must Know

[COLOR=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8)]

“Obamacare is dead, I’ve been saying it for a long time, everybody knows it, everybody that wants to report fairly about it does,” Trump said.
He delivered a speech after Anthem announced that they were pulling out of the health care exchanges in Ohio, due to prohibitive costs to the company.
“That’s it, bye-bye. Wave good-bye,” Trump said. “What a mess.”
Trump commented during his speech that Democrats suffered immensely politically for their actions, as they were voted out of office.
“That’s why they lost the House. They lost the Senate. They lost the White House,” he said.
Trump warned both parties in Congress to pass an Obamacare replacement quickly, and commented that Senate Majority Mitch McConnell was working to get a proposal finished as soon as possible.
He specifically called out Democrats for trying to stop Republican efforts to fix the problem.
“We’re having no help, it’s only obstruction from the Democrats,” Trump said. “The Democrats are destroying health care in this country.”
He added that the eventual bill would be a strictly Republican effort.
“Republicans or bust,” he said.

Bottom Line...… It would've been best to pay penalty and go uninsured then pay premiums and whatever else for me! There is no recourse for myself or any others who followed the law that is now unconstitutional?

Ask yourself if, who was then vs. who is now made a difference? My answer is yes, I say the Businessman's house is the "Peoples House" In layman's terms the other mess in Washington is the wrong way of trying to hold onto what Politicians had before DJT began exposing them and their ways!

BTW if you're not following their way was all about themselves. With DJT in their way it won't be as easy! Sure Nancy will now say term limits b/c she is 78 yrs old and this won't affect her! I hope DJT offers all this "Ilk" buyouts!

A federal judge in Texas ruled on Friday that the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional, a decision that was likely to be appealed to the Supreme Court. Trump was overjoyed

It's going to take years to go thru the legal system we all know but I'm curious on how Pre-existing Federal Employees are insured. Public vs. Private? Interesting! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Employees_Health_Benefits_Program

The
Federal Employees Health Benefits
(
FEHB
)
Program

[h=2]Plans[edit][/h]
Choices among health plans are available to employees during an "open enrollment" period, or "open season," after which the employee will be covered fully in any plan he or she chooses without limitations regarding pre-existing conditions.

Oh Boy...….. The can is opened! Pre-existing conditions which was/is a big selling point with Obamacare does not affect Federal Employees!

Am I reading this correctly?

There is the reason why nothing is being done about healthcare. Those who are in charge are not affected by it.

Final good buy to Obamacare Penalty ends tomorrow!

“I don’t think you want me to waste my time to read every page of the health care bill. You know why? It’s statutory language,” Baucus said. “We hire experts.” Max is a lawyer? Check out his middle name. BTW a backroom deal for Max's vote from Obama after he retired in 2014 from Senate was Ambassador of China...azzkick(&^

Welcome back Obamacare! Just found out about another angle!

Household income above 400% of the federal poverty line. If the amount on line 5 is 401%, you cannot take the PTC. You generally must repay all APTC paid for individuals in your tax family.

Happy 2018 Filing.

Hope DJT has the Federal Boys/Girls pay for their own insurance and end PUBLIC unions if the wall doesn't happen! Government needs this business man! Sit down at the bargaining table with this group and give them 2 options. (A) Wall (B) PUBLIC unions go!

Really disheartening they'll receive back pay so in a sense they will be getting paid for not working? An unpaid vacation with pay after? Tough to be a Federal worker...... Wake-up America

I've talked about this a few times, like when some poor family had to payback $ 14,000. Never mind 401%, the cliff is 400% plus 1 dollar
