Sacco happened in the mid to late nineties. If i'm not mistaken he had something to do with cris or diamond (I'm not 100% on that).

The reason that NETeller is delaying your payouts is because their own payment processors, (Some US companies) have stopped doing business with NETeller. Thus NETeller has no way of moving the money!

Actually I cannot reveal my source since I am direcly affiliated with them.

They say the volume of transactions is what could delay an ACH up to 2 weeks. This is just not true. Anyone in the ACH world or banking industry can verify this.

Great. Considering I can't update my address because my country is now listed as "American Samoa" (defaulted after they removed USA from the list), I'm screwed if they try to mail a check to my old addy as a backup.

The reason neteller is delaying payments is they are out of cash.

They are required by UK law to have 110% of money in short term investments... 1 week CDs, etc. They have to liquidate these.

This is why they took 3 days to announce... Now 2 more days to liquidate.

I have wachovia and haven't had a problem. Don't know why they would close you and not me.

intertops has there new debit card, interpay coming out soon, which will allow you to fund, withdraw to that card. neteller is down, this is when the execs step it up and come up with solutions. this is not the end.

It says on their own website they keep all funds in trust accounts such as 7 day CDS!

You dont think they need to retrieve some of these?

I am just going to go down to the Sheriff's office and turn myself in for all the transactions, wagers, deposits, withdrawls and hookers for the last 20 years. Oh yeah, can't forget the 17 years of weed.
