Speaking as someone who is black and white, I think whites are a predominant conservative group who have problems but don't express themselves the way blacks do. Whites are more likely to turn there back on you, stab you in the back. Blacks seem to be less results oriented, more laid back to me. If they have a problem, they say it to your face compared to a white person who will just gossip about it. White culture is about amassing as much as possible while not trying to screw up along the way, even if it means screwing people along the way. Blacks seem to be more submissive, maybe because of the past, I don't know. This is just what I see as a bi-racial person.
i think what you said is very much your own personal experience. no way can you generalize whites as more prone to stabbing people in the back; people do that all the time, doens't matter what color you are, it happens.
blacks, browns, etc. are all just as prone to the behaviors you've stated as whites are.

But back to the question I have been to 2 baseball games this year and have seen many black fans there (maybe it was because it was chocolate city (Washington)) but as a whole blacks aren't playing baseball as we used to. in terms of the workforce, blacks are submissive. you dont see them making the strides to promote themselves in the workplace, instead they are more submissive and ok doing the brunt of the work. whites are a totally different breed when it comes to this, they are taught from the early days if you dont get to the top you are a failure.

Is there an Irish Culture? YES
Is there a Jewish Culture? YES
White Culture is all of these and more.
Some may say White Culture is- Disneyland,burbs,Ball Games,Rock Music,
Surfing,Skateboarding,Vans and DVS Shoes.
Some may say White Culture is- John Wayne, Line Dancing, Cowboy
Hats, and Boots.
So the answer depends on who you ask.
IMO it is no way to correctly answer the question.
