angus baby, i think it is obvious you are now talking from your heart, not your mind, so please refrain from doing so. I figured why you are calling for the Leafs to win the series. Maybe it's because you are Angus Ontario and the Leafs happen to play in Ontario. I have a feeling that might have something to do with it.

Yep, you and I both know how much Toronto and Montreal hate each other. Not that I'm concerned, since the Habs are just about to get swept as I write this, but I would rather the Leafs lose to the Flyers and Mogilny, Sundin, Nolan, Leetch, and McCabe all have career ending injuries rather than have the Habs win the Cup. But thank God the Habs are about to lose and the Leafs are on the comeback trail. When the Leafs hoist the Cup and parade it down Young St. this spring I will fly back to T.O. and take pictures and drink beer and then I will scan those pictures Mr. S. Gambler, and I will post them here for you and you'll see my smiling, drunken face (painted blue and white) and all the other members of Leaf nation rubbing it in you Montrealers' faces.

angy boy, no need to have to edit my posts. The Flyers will WIN the series. I have no need to panic. 2 of the next 3 games are in Philly. I have not seen a line yet on the series, but i am certain that the Flyers are going to be favorite. In fact, I will even call it exactly... The flyers will be -135 for the series. I can assure you that I won't be off by no more than 5 to 10 cents, too. So at -135, I still like my odds... and that is even after 2 straight losses.

When the Flyers beat the Maple Laughs, they will have an easier time with TB.. Flyers will manhandle the Bolts. The Bolts will not have a prayer against the Flyers. Fishhead I don't mean to burst your bubble, but the Bolts have not come up against anybody in the playoffs yet. Isles and Habs? This team is not for real and will fold like a deck of cards against either the Leafs or Flyers. They are lead by young guys. Teams led by young guys don't win Cups.

Andreychuk and Sydor are indeed as old as the hills, but they are not the main guys on that team. The main guys that TB count on are Richards, St. Louis, Lecavelier, etc... guys who haven't been around the block. Look at the Leafs (Roberts, Sundin, Mogilny, Nolan, Leetch, Belfour) and the Flyers (Roenick, Primeau, Recchi, etc...) these are cagey veterans and the guys who'll take you far in the playoffs. But time will tell and maybe you are right (I haven't seen TB play much this year) but they remind a lot of the Ottawa Senators . . .

Boys, the only thing I am scared of now is to get arrested by the police for stealing. Betting these flyers is basically stealing. I do NOT want to end up in jail because this is like having your own money printing machine.. Well, i am at the gym usually 6 days a week pumping iron.. I never ever do much cardio. Well, today I decided that I would do 3 hrs of cardio at 4 pm till 7 pm and watch the Flyers on the tv screen at the gym in front of the treadmill. Well, all I had hoped for was a good close game. I swear to god that I left by the 2nd period when it was 5-1. I was so pissed because i wanted a reason to walk and lose some weight while wathcing the game.. It helps make it pass faster when I watch any sports on that treadmill. Man, when it was 4-1, I was actually hoping for the Maple Laughs to score because it was getting boring.. What a boring game to watch. Imagine, i wanted the leafs to make it a game. Well, so much for that 3 hr walk. It turned into a 1.5 hr walk.. Still not bad, I did 5 miles instead of 10, and burnt 600 calories instead of 1200. Thanks a lot Maple Laughs.
