It is important to note that Bills and Bengals players both seem to be influencing decision not to play, so I think that makes justifying Chiefs getting home field easier to take IMO

Win totals are pretty specific that all 17 games have to be played. Not sure if that will affect Bengals/Ravens.

FWIW I would like to see Bills and Bengals as top two seeds regardless of order

They are the best two teams in the AFC. Would be cool to see them play in the AFC title if seeding allows
