Very good explanation of rated plays in newsletters or even for their top rated plays. Most handicappers today rely on trends because they really have no handicapping skills. Like matchup data between both units and as you mentioned how the teams are performing recently. Trends are a small fraction in real sports handicapping, and too many bettors seem to think they're actually handicapping by just using trends to pick a game. Nice job G-Man
The best trend for me over the years is to ignore the trends all together and concentrate on common sense handicapping or bet the book, they never lose in the long run.
