Acebb-i am the one who post Marc-last year he was the worst tout-what gets me with him-when he wins you hear about. Victor King which i thought was the best is another piece of shit-i seen a text bragging about Marc win on Auburn. What about his game of the month on over Rams a week ago that lost-never heard anything. Now-he wants to charge 40 a month for totals on basketball-what a joke that is. When he was winning-he post it-on Monday he was 17-15-he lost all 4 plays-17-19-he ended up for month 21-19-lets see-at a 100 a play-you have 2310 in losers and 1900 in winners-thats 410 in losers plus 40 dollars which makes you lose 450 for the month. Anybody thats goes with that service- don't wants to have a profit

Danister is right-this guy is no good-he warned me!!!!!

I'm just confused about what makes him no good. At least he self reports his plays, hell most touts don't even do that.

Danstiller, please name a tout that has his plays reported by an independent third party. For $150 for the ROS split 4 ways is only $37.50. Fair price to see if he's reporting his plays correctly. Seems worth finding out considering most newsletters on here aren't worth fading or tailing (with the exception of VSIN and ML).

I've been around for a very long time and I've seen a lot in this industry. As a matter of fact, I even worked in an office years ago for a sports service. I've seen what these guys are capable of and what their tricks and BS is all about. Pre 2000 all handicappers had some sort of monitoring service to verify their records. They used to call them Sports Monitors. There were a few good ones years ago, but they've disappeared over the years because what started happening is the bigger loser sports services started their own Sports Monitor web site and were promoting their own records as so called documented. Ha ah talk about scamming bettors....they even scammed other startup sports services into thinking they had a chance to show better results than the big sports services. They owned the Monitor site that promoted their own records. These days they don't even do that anymore. They just make up records.

"If a sports service does not show the name and credentials of the handicapper than they're scammers or small time wannabe handicappers. Also, do they show an actual business address?

You asked me to name handicappers who pay a third party monitor and I'm telling you that you can't even believe the monitors.

"The only true self reporting documented handicappers post their picks after kickoff and leave them in their records for the entire year"

Find one that does, and you've found a real professional handicapper. The best known site that does this is Vegas Insider. But they have Marc Lawrence as one of the handicappers, ha ah. I fade all his picks. No records posted for this loser in his own web site LOL. Covers is another big site, but they hide their handicapper records because they're bad. Doc Sports doesn't even have records, they've always been small time and send out tons of different free picks hoping some who receives the winning picks join their site. Horrible integrity. Different picks sent to all.

Just think about this. If you were a good honest handicapper, wouldn't you post your records after kickoff? Of course you would.

What I do is I google "handicappers who post their picks after kickoff" and go down the list and see who I like or don't like. At least you're viewing honest handicappers.

Hope this helps.

PS. I'm not saying you can't win with that handicapper. Maybe you will, I don't know. I'm just giving you food for thought on how to sniff out scammers or websites that have no experience.

Whatever picks they make, they place those selections in their records section, for all to see, soon after the game starts. In doing this, you would know that their picks are true and honest. If a handicapper waits to post their picks until after the game or the next day, most likely their pick records are BS. It's not very hard to pick games when you have the newspaper with yesterdays scores. Handicappers would not need a monitoring service if they posted all their picks in their records section a few minutes after the game starts.....and kept them there for the entire season.

I guess where I'm so confused is that isn't it better to post the plays BEFORE the games start not after?:think2:

No....be ause then people could bet them without paying. But....with live betting they can take advantage anyway I suppose. But....another excuse not to post and then you can lie about your record or at least distort the truth

Today I started out good- my best play was Sooners and second under in Georgia. I was at Encore- I liked Wis. should have know it was going to lose- that was Marc Lawerence upset game of the week. I will never take another game that guy is on- what a loser he is- fade him and you will make money!!!!

i will not buy his tout next year unless I decede to buy it just to fade him. What a waste- I think I paid for the year 130- he never wins!!!

Bob Dietz

Any Bob Dietz?

After losing both plays last week, Bob Dietz is still the leader in the Playbook Wise Guys Contest. Bob's top selection (2 star) this week is the Detroit Lions/Baltimore Ravens UNDER (current line is 43 to 43 1/2), going off at 1:00 PM EST today. Bob's one star selection goes off tomorrow night with the Pittsburgh Steelers/Cincinnati Bengals OVER (the current line is around 43):
