Thanks for all you do for everyone here, BUZZ. FWIW, Underdog play of week for Power Sweep was Purdue +7 1/2, they won outright, now 1-2 on the season, not 0-3 as record states from Mendoza line tracker!!

Powers was overdue to start out crappy and he has taken a nose dive early in the year just like last year.

Corrected Mendoza Line cumulative year to date record (Powersweep NCAA Underdog Play of the Week has been corrected to 1-2:

Not every newsletter gets posted every week, and I'll try to note when the record doesn't include every week of the season.

Another note is that the grading is based on the line indicated in the newsletter at the time of publication, not the closing line. Many of these newsletters will claim a win against the best available line as it moves throughout the week, but these records reflect the outcome against the line they were willing to make a play on in their newsletter.

Believe it or not!

I am not sure as to the veracity of this story, but I heard Marc Lawrence was hit by a giant tree limb from Hurrricane Irma and was temporarily knocked unconscious, When he woke up he said he saw a light and had to go to the office to change his college picks. The Mendoza Line tracking his college plays shows him going 7-0 after he saw the light.
