Just an alert...hope that can be rectified somehow......Brad Powers' Pack does not have his NFL selections nor write ups. Marc Lawrence Playbook Midweek Alert does not have a 'hot click on spot' to display the information.

Thanking you in advance for this awesome missing information.

Happy wagering, fellas!

Just an Idea

thanks for posting all of these info guys. who do u guys recommend to follow or fade?
Thanks
G

The newsletters are not that good this year. Records are posted in this thread each week.

A better strategy than just following or fading a newsletter might be to bet against the public just before the game goes off. Hopefully that will get you a bargain price at the window as the establishment tries to balance its book on the game. I found this posted at another site regarding yesterday's games:

Top 8 Public plays yesterday went 1-7.......( NCAAFB )
Western Michigan was the only winner ( Also the top #1 selection by public ) Losers ( according to The Spread dot com ) Clemson, Houston, Troy, Texas San Antonio, Georgia, Washington St & Hawaii.

Today the public is all over New England, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

My Strategy on using Hawaii was a deep one I thought was Smart (very +EV) which was that it was their Homecoming and historically they'd always scheduled San Diego State for their HC and always got their butts whooped but here we had a banged up + youthful UNLV team traveling to a potentially distracting "Paradisial" Hawaii (beaches etc) so a great opportunity for Hawaii to AVENGE years of Homecoming Failure.

Plus Hawaii and specifically HI QB had been playing well.

Hawaii might just be a great Auto-Fade in their Homecoming game. Period. :):)

jbob53 tracking, thanks jbob!

College Newsletter Tracking through 10/15/2016 by jbob53, posted October 17 at another forum:

I will track 5 newsletters. The lines I use will be from Thursday. I will NOT use the lines
in the newsletters because of so much line movement. Most newsletters are put out
on Tuesday and the line's have been up since Sunday. Also I will NOT use the stars or
unit's in the newsletters. Most people bet a set amount on each bet. Nothing hurts more
than playing 6 games and winning 4 and lose money. Plus I do NOT recommend that you
blindly play their picks.......................................Jbob

Newsletter Tracking Through Sunday, October 16

Newsletter Tracking through 10/16/2016 by Mendoza Line, posted October 17 at another forum:

Not every newsletter gets posted every week, and I'll try to note when the record doesn't include every week of the season.

Another note is that the grading is based on the line indicated in the newsletter at the time of publication, not the closing line. This week's update reflects different outcomes for the Indiana/Nebraska game as services played various lines throughout the week, for example. Another big one for newsletters was Wazzou covering the lower, early lines, but anyone who bet them on Friday or Saturday lost against a much bigger line.
