I would rather have Toon's old man.....

Only reason Toon is relevant is because NO's D is horrible.....they will be throwing the ball all night....

Interesting. I beleive I'll put Toons on one of my teams tomorrow. It's the player no-one expects to do anything that ends up being the difference between 1st place and 3000Th. If Toons doesn't perform, no big deal, I'm playing 10 $10 teams so still have a chance to strike gold.

Oh you mostly do tourneys? honestly toons is a pretty nice pivot off Wilson for tourneys

I doubt he'll be more than 1-2% owned. Morgan was playing 20 snaps a game and if Colston moves into the slot then Toons will be vs Kyle Fuller who is ranked as the 107th best CB in the league by PFF. Then you add in the fact that Graham is soft and mentally weak as of late and that could mean more targets as well.

BTW obviously the reason FD does that is to have less players that have to be considered as plays. Thus makes it easier for the casual player so they don't need to research like 60 WRs

However everything I just said won't matter once he tosses up that 175 and 2 TDs to restore the Saints to glory

In all seriousness when you have a deep value play like that it doesn't really pay off to go them on FanDuel as much as other sites. Their pricing spread from top to bottom is very thin so guys like that you just don't really get as much value on as you should. For instance he is cheap, but there are tons of playable WRs in the high 5s, low 6s. Tough to go him on FD when guys like Moncrief, Stills, Douglas, Garcon are in the high 5s, low 6s.

Like on DraftKings (full ppr) he is only 3k and the top guys are still in the 8s and 9s, they spread pricing much more so that if someone wants to make a leap on a sleeper like that it is a little more doable.

Some of the smaller sites are even better for this but I think you get what I'm saying.

Yes I noticed that the one week they allowed me to play the spreads seemed very low to me.

If AJ is around 9k there is no way toon should only be 50% less.

For AJ to be 9k some like toon should only be about 30% of that max.

But I guess what FD is probably trying to avoid is people throwing away 2 or 3 slots on cheap players and loaded the rest of the team with superstars.

I see both sides I guess

you want to bet fantasy pts on Toons vs Marques Wilson and make history for the most absurd bet in RX forum history?

The most aBaird bet in rx history will always be the "Will Joe Flacco get Joe Flacco money.

That one can never be topped

look at Jeremy Hill 4300

Blount 4400

Also Foster lost a few close TDs last week and Bell is just a absolute machine in PPR and vs a terrible run D. If you are going to payup for RB tough not to go him

Pretty strong case for Toons. All great information. I will add him to two of my teams as well. I decided to enter 10 $25 teams. Higher stakes. $1st prize $200k. Only a little over 91K other teams competing. I've seen worse odds...lol

Dont get him started on Fanduel. I just spent a week telling him how he's throwing his money away and getting him set up making sports wagers with a book. He was addicted. Haha

Hahaha well that worked out real good

I think JG's issues have been the shoulder.

Yeah, I was just messing with chop.

I do think it is possible he is just intimidated by Nick Toon's aura though.
Sad to think they will probably win in chicago, that's the state of the Bears right now.

Pats - who do you start between B Oliver and D Brown, yards only? Need total upside. I'm assuming Mathews isn't playing.

If those are really the only two options then probably Brown if for no other reason than he is likely going to start and I'd just go whoever is going to get 1st crack at being productive.

Let's hear a good story...

Already here's a story from my days with the Saints.

Choptalk, do you remember when Willie Roaf was traded by the saints around 2003. The trade came out of nowhere. He was the saints best player and a Hall of Fame Offensive Linemen. Anyway, the reason he was traded was because someone told him that Joe was bagging his wife. Willie naturally assumed it was Joe Horn and went after him in the locker room. I didn't see the actual fight but it took more than a few guys to settle down Willie. He immediately ask for a trade. A year past by and everyone believed Joe Horn banged Willie Roaf's wife which is why he asked for a trade.

The next year in training camp, the WR's got together for a bonding event and Joe Horn wanted to share somethings about himself with the group. He said "Guys, I know you wont' believe what I'm about to say but I never fucked Willie Roaf's wife". The truth of the matter is that the Defensive back coach name was also JOE, and he was banging Willie's wife but he was too scared to admit it so Joe Horn let everyone think he did.

The moral of the story is............Don't take a bullet that's meant for someone else.....lol.

yeah Joe Horn was banging his wife was the story...That story actually made news briefly

http://a.espncdn.com/nfl/news/2002/0128/1319126.html

Horn told the newspaper: "The bottom line is this. There are things that we as NFL players do that people on the outside don't understand. We make mistakes sometimes, but that is one mistake Joe Horn did not make. I did not sleep with Willie Roaf's wife.

LOL great use of the 3rd person in that quote
