I have the entire log of all e-mail back & forth between us. I deposited $1000 into both Jamaica & Greek and was supposed to get half of the bonus. I believe Jamaica at the time was 20% and Greek was 22%. I had completed all requirements by Feb 10th I believe. Also, there are quite a few things in his rebuttal that are completely false. I have never threatened a person. He makes stuff up. I would be willing to invite someone to view my computer through logmein.com to see the e-mail's back & forth. I can allow a person to view my screen. I have absolutely nothing to hide. After looking back at the e-mails, at one point I asked him what the plan was & he told me he would pay me $125 which was not what we had originally agreed to but I figured it was better than nothing. After that type of behavior and his lack of actually paying, I decided to go this route. I have absolutely nothing to hide. I am glad he has been exposed and would love if this was moved back to the offshore forum.

so $1000 at Jamacia @ 20% = $200

so $1000 at Greek @ 22% = $220

220+200 = 420 total
420/2 = 210 each

so why does gyno keep saying its $100 or $125 or whatever....the guy is not even getting his end @ $200

I admit it I was wrong to spam in every forum. I did not realize this would get the attention it has. I did feel it was my only recourse, however, because he kept giving me lame reasons to my e-mails. I tried to be patient but again I felt this was my only recourse.

You don't have a ton of enemies here. What you have are a bunch of people who disagree with what you're doing. That doesn't make them your enemies.

Include me in that group. I know you're a nice guy, a good poster, and generally a well-intentioned person...but that still doesn't justify this.

I don't care if this guy told you that he was gonna murder your parents if you didn't pay up; that's no excuse to withhold the money that you owe him.

You're not the victim here, he is. You owe him money, not vice versa. If the guy got a little too heated because you were slow-paying, then that's his prerogative. Sure, it might've been out of line, but that doesn't change the fact that you owe the guy money, and owe him now.

Imagine being in his shoes...he watches you post your wagers every single day, but you can't scrape together his $100? That's totally unacceptable. What a slap in the face that must be to him, every single fucking day. Considering that, the way he's handled this situation is borderline-commendable, because I sure as hell would've been a lot less forgiving than he has been. If someone was stiffing me yet continued to post wagers daily, I'd be bashing like no other, as I'm sure others would. This guy gave you a chance to pay in a timely fashion, and you didn't. That's your fault, and he is justified in being angry.

This reminds me of the BowlMeOne-MadCapper situation. Only I've never met or really interacted with MC, so I can't speak to his character outside of his stiff-job. But Gyno, you're better than this. Stop trying to justify your actions and just pay the guy, get it over with.

No one's out to get you, no one's your enemy in this situation. We're all people who just want to see a wrong get righted, that's all. No hidden agendas.

And as for not caring about posting here, come on now, it's no secret that you enjoy this place and the frequent interaction you have with other posters. In my limited experience in the online gambling forum realm, I haven't seen another site with anywhere near as much traffic and discussion. If there's another forum that can satisfy your need to interact with others online, then so be it. But either way, threatening to leave is weak. Stay or not, you still need to pay this guy now, bottom line.

I hope this situation gets rectified immediately.
