Slow paying? So you base your entire argument on Gyno's claim that he was going to pay, even though cpu never saw a single cent? Now your agenda is coming out. You're just trying to back up your boy. That's fine, but at least admit that you're trying to spin.
So if someone doesn't pay fast enough, then they are scammers? How about all the offshore books that keep promising to pay but haven't? Are they scammers too? And I'm talking about books with excellent ratings that people here always vouch for.
My agenda? I hardly know the guy. I discussed couple of games with him.... and if that makes him my "boy" then I guess you're my "boy" too.
Again, you're misunderstanding the law. Even a good faith belief in the information is enough. Stop misinforming people here about the law. It just confuses the matter.
So tell me what the law is. Is going to someone's place of business and bad-mouthing them to their co-workers and customers OK?
So now you're insulting me? Yes, I am an attorney, for what it's worth. If you'd prefer to try to spin this discussion onto me, rather than the theft at hand, then I'll pass.
I'm not insulting you. I'm just surprised that you're a lawyer.... especially after reading some of your responses.
If you really want. Again though, stop spinning by calling it slow paying. It's theft.
Again, what evidence do you have that he wasn't going to pay? So anyone who doesn't pay within 2 months should be labeled a "scam artist"? Why not arrest and jail them too? We'd have to build more jails if that were the case.
But you think that insult = slander and you are wrong.
Calling someone "scam artist" in a place of business (he makes extra money with the referrals here) isn't slander but just an insult? So if I were to go to your office and tell potential clients that you're a horrible lawyer and shouldn't hire you, it's merely an insult? So where do you work.....
"Individual consumers should also beware. In a case that was recently settled out of court, a dispute arose over negative feedback posted on an eBay auction. The buyers bid $1,800 and won a vintage doll. Upon receiving the doll, the buyers felt that it was not in the condition posted on eBay, and returned the doll to the seller. The seller in turn posted "negative feedback" about the buyers, specifically alleging that they had tampered with the doll. As a result of the negative feedback, the buyers were viewed as pariahs in the eBay community and were no longer able to do business there. The buyers in turn brought suit in federal court alleging defamation. As a result of the suit, the seller retracted the comments, and the negative feedback was purged by eBay from the buyers' profile.

I can only waste so much time on this nonsense. Everyone knows what happened here. It's a shame it had to involve a somewhat liked poster like Gyno, but it is what it is. And no spin can change that.
Slow paying does not make a scam artist. So next time you are late with your credit card, auto, home, insurance payment, maybe you should turn yourself in for fraud. Hahahahahahahahhahahahahaha!
