Seriously though, You go off on this guy who just wanted his money and you bash anyone who agrees with him. Bottom line, If you would have been stand up about it and did the right thing to begin with none of this would have transpired.

It's really no different than a bill collector coming to your place of business and warning customers not to shop there because you're a cheat and a liar. That's DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. By coming in here and slandering him, he has cost him other opportunities to get referrals in the future, which just happens to be his main source of income since he's unemployed. If he were to sue him for libel/slander in court, he'd be compensable, which is why he shouldn't pay him since they are EVEN due to his slanderous accusations.
He had every intention to pay, unless there's an email where he says he wouldn't and that he can go fuck himself. He just wanted a little more time. I'm sure we've all had times where we were late with credit card, auto, home payments, but the difference is none of them came on here to slander us to others.

It's not defamation if it's true. Know the law before you start making these types of analogies. If I own a restaurant and serve dog shit in place of the hamburger that's on my menu, you don't really think it's defamation to tell people that it's dog shit do you? This situation is akin to someone standing in front of a restaurant and telling those entering that the cook has Hepatitis. What you're doing is defaming the restaurant and costing them business. That's compensable in court.
Another example is someone you owe money to coming to your sales job at a dealership and telling customers that you're a cheat and a scam artist and not to buy cars from you. You're not allowed to do that because he owes you money. That's slander.
Slander is making accusations as if they were fact. "Gynecologist is a Scam Artist" is a slanderous statement because he never said he wasn't going to pay. He simply wanted extra time. Since there were no agreements on when he'd pay, he had every right to request extra time. For all we know he could have done this with 1000 others and gone smoothly each time. Just because he may have been slow to pay with one he's suddenly a "scam artist"?If slow paying makes you a scam artist then I guess Neteller is a scam artist too.
I'm not sure why, but this made me laugh and yet feel bad for gyno at the same time.

he doesn't pay...cpu goes back to forum....
Technically, Gyno owes him 2 hundo. Then he drops it to 125...then to 100...
