Again, you have no idea how hard of a job it would be to run a 80,000 employee company. Just waving that away because you didn't start the company is completely idiotic.

What he asked and what everyone has been discussing is whether or not the general public can complain about it. My stance is they can't if it's the founder because he built the company he can pay himself as he pleases. However I think there can be some criticism if it's an outside hire.
