Gentlemen,

What takes place every single time you go to an ATM? Think about it. You get your picture taken. ATM cards from books are trackable- I guarantee the Banks report all netteller activity to the feds.

John at least at my bank they do not "take your picture" your on a video camera and im sure the camera resets every so often maybe every week who knows when they erase and rerun the video tape......and with all due respect I highly doubt what you say is true above that they report every, for example, 300$ neteller debit card withdrawal to the irs...

dante,

I 100% guarantee at your bank or any us bank the atm machine takes your picture. You know the feds are all over net teller so every NT transaction would be looked at. I also know that all those tapes are stored in a digital format. $300? they'd probably look the other way. $500-$1000 a day they would know.
That Patriot act is a huge invasion of our rights. They use it to death.

why swami??

Someone stole a few dimes from me that were on my NT debit card. My guess is that they were going after the entire balance but were going to do it over a period of time.

Anyway, NT got my money back for me fairly quickly but I think they were having a few issues with FSV with regard to my case. I received a letter from FSV that looked like a legal document with some correct personal information but largely the information was incorrect. They requested that I sign it but at that point my view was that my relationship was with NT not the vendor (in fact if you have debit card issues FSV is no where to be found) AND I would never sign something similar to what they sent me.

I thought the document was either a) very unprofessionally created by FSV or b) they or someone else were trying to pull something and get my signature on it.

I decided it would not be in my best interest to use the card again. It proved to be fallible and the company that backed it did a few things I didn't like.
