If they are so convinced....cancel the league.
They are gonna cancel the playoffs and start a new season next year?
But it is not like no black men are going to be killed by the police....so what are they canceling the season for?
I hope they do and the fans cancel the season next year

The NFL already kneels.......will we see boycotts in NFL, I'm not sure, but I do not the closer we get to the Nov elections, the crazier things will get ......we will see protests, etc like never before.

George Hill, yeah he is still in the league, said, "We must have change." Someone should ask him tomorrow or Friday when he is back to dribbling the ball for the Bucks, "What has changed?" LeBron also weighed in with all of the eloquence of Moby...just what we would expect from someone of his intellect.

We have 2 weeks till the NFL maybe it blows over by then, if not it has to be the most fucked up year ever. Seems like everyday I wake up, something fucked has happened. can we get a stretch where nothing happens or is this the new normal? Anyone who is having kids or thinking about it, DON’T!

"“Some things are bigger than basketball,” Bucks senior vice-president Alex Lasry tweeted. “The stand taken today by the players and (the organization) shows that we're fed up. Enough is enough. Change needs to happen. I'm incredibly proud of our guys and we stand 100% behind our players ready to assist and bring about real change.”

Somewhat agree with the "thinking about it part". I'm not sure I'd want to be raising a young baby this day and age.

But if anyone is already having kids, I would advise against the DON"T! part. There's no good reason to kill the kids that are already here or shortly on the way. w-thumbs!^

Too bad for the 14 people who were watching the NBA. Still dont see anything racial about that police incident. I see am individual not complying with police orders with a knife in his hand and a lengthy violent criminal record. If it was a white person the same thing would happen and has happened numerous times just not shown on msm doesn't fit the narrative.

I wonder if any NBA or NFL players believe the cops did what was right but can’t speak up due to being black balled

no surprise here ...

I have been telling you guys for years that Ian Rapp has been sitting on a story regarding belichik being trusted advisor to Sanduskys linebacker camps
back in the day ...

I think either

A. This lasts a few days, one of the players says something like "We can affect change more staying in the buble and using our platform" which is a nice convenient cover so everyone can keep making $ (this isn't even a criticism of NBA players specifically, pretty much all corps that wade into this activism do so in a way that won't affect their pockets too much)

or

B. They cancel the season....This seems unlikely but I don't see a middle ground where they just sit in a hotel for a week taking a week off.

We'll know soon enough

I've always said you are the Woodward and Bernstein of our times even if some of it goes over my head.
