The Nets will surprise people this year. They have good mix of young talent and veteran expirience. With RJ and Kidd gone they now have a team of guys that care.

Or they will be a young team that totally is lost in the type of team they want to be and will end up rebelling against their coach. They have a "star" that doesnt do much to make anyone better and a bunch of players that need someone to make them better. If they work out correctly, they have the talent to be the perfect storm. I dont see it happening though.

Sheridan has an article pumping up the Heat. Seriously, that is all I need to see.

Guess I'll have to settle for backing them plenty of times early until the lines catch up. d1g1t

I saw the Sheridan article. Looks like the Heat are going to lead the league in minutes averaged on the court while wearing jerseys that are white and shooting jumpers. PER baby!!!

Definitly going to toss a nice fade out on the Mavericks tonight. New coach and this team seems totally confused with what the hell they are trying to do on that end of the ball. Both Kidd and Dirk had long offseasons so I dont expect them to do much work in the preseason. Eddie Jones has a bad hamstring. They dont know who they are going to start at the 2 guard. Josh Howard will get booed at his first home game. Here are some things that I read about the team that makes me think this is a nice fade spot on Dallas. Other than them having a whole new coach, it seems like they are VERY rough around the edges right now.

Kidd said the offensive attack fans see tonight is far from the polished product they should be watching in March and April. "There's going to be some growing pains," Kidd said. But one aspect should be evident already – the motion in the offense. Kidd added: "If you're not in shape, you're going to get in shape because of the movement on offense."

Rick Carlisle concluded his first training camp as the Mavericks coach Monday. The players ran and ran some more. He stressed defense. He experimented with different combinations. And how many new half-court sets did he install?

None.

Carlisle concedes even he is intrigued to see what form the offense takes beginning tonight.

"Well, we're not running the triangle," Carlisle said. "Maybe I'd call it a rectangle. I don't know what I'd call it. "

Haywood hurt his hand so he will be out along with Gilbert for tonights game. However, the Wizards will get a huge emotional lift with the return of Etan Thomas from his heart surgery last season. I also like having players like Deshawn Stevenson on my team in these sort of games. When defense is a bit lax, players like him are capable of huge nights ala McCants last night. I think the Wizards (who scrimmaged yesterday) will be better prepared in a system they know that just came out of a camp that was stressing defense. I think we see more hustle from them and a more focused team.

I was cracking up when I just read that on the shitter as I was polishing off my 40 oz before I got in the shower. It is disgusting, I just needed to get my NBA fix.

The funny thing is, I played the almost EXACT same angle two nights in a row. Faded a home team playing their first home preseason game under a new coach. Last night I won by 40 points. Tonight I lose by about 30 points. Ive never had a 70 point swing in two basketball games in about 800 bets in the NBA. This shit is nuts.

$10 - Atlanta Hawks +4.5

Going to the game, and not going to a game without a little bit of action. Betting NBA preseason is sort of like choosing red or black on roulette.

It's been pretty hilarious around here today. All these fucking degenerate losers scrambling to find something to bet on. "NO BASEBALL TODAY?" "NO COLLEGE FOOTBALL TODAY?"

At least there's a full slate of preseason NBA, we can bet on that because we can't go 24 hours without having action. Worse than crack addicts..

Sick sick people :puke1:

Love me some action. I dont know if you have watching The Real Housewives of Atlanta yet, but it is pretty unreal. These women are totally off their rockers. One of the families is Eric Snow, and his house is about the most ridiculous thing I have even seen. There is a nice blonde I would bounce around but thats about it.

Please dont judge me. I love to gamble, and I think this is the best play on the board. No Stat or Barbosa. Nash and Co. will play limited minutes. New coach with new offense. Tired legs from all the running he is making them do early in camp.

........I just hope Atlanta wasnt out in Scottsdale last night at Babes or Bourbon St.

Yeah, I was just grouping the entire board together and I post every day so I group myself in there too. It's pretty sick though.

I haven't seen that show. What station is airing that awful shit?
