Brooklyn should do what the Celtics did. Kyrie is cancer dressed up in sexy clothes.
Kyrie refused to re-sign with them.

C's wanted him desperately. Revisionist history at it's finest.

But you do you. Betting is math. Not "omg they can't bring this defensive intensity on the road being up 2-0"

Fossil technique.

So you don't believe there are any spots where zig zag exists when a team needs to win and is at home for first time in the series? Atlanta the night before fits the bill as well. Obviously you have to pick spots but very tough to sweep a team unless you are clearly far superior. Lol ok. Obviously talking how Nets should be able to score more is just a way to sum that up.

There is just nothing behind "team ABC has more $ on them, so team XYZ must be the play" unless you are beating a closing number but I digress. Who would seriously think it was that easy?

Who says the Cs wanted him desperately?

Shit flys in the wind all the time.
You are implying the C's let him walk.

They wanted to pay him max. He refused and went to brooklyn.

Kemba Walker signed at like midnight, so C's obviously tampered with him (every NBA team tampers obviously) I think once they knew they could get him to replace Kyrie that they were cool with it given all the problems he had in Boston. They jumped on that pretty fast.

But before that happened, yeah I think they would've paid him the max and figured it out rather than lose him for nothing.

Really what they should've done that summer was pay Rozier but he was off a rough year and Charlotte overpaid him if anything at the time. But he's a pretty good roleplayer, hits 3's, plays D, doesn't need the ball. Fit in really well with the 2018 team.

Yeah. Kemba was a terrible signing(hindsight) but he was definitely plan b for Kyrie walking. Kyrie made it painfully clear that last season he hated being there.

Mike was implying boston went to him and said "cee yah." Just not even close to factually correct.

An NFL agent once told me in the month of march a few years ago that this weekend was the “pre tampering, tampering period”

team talks to agent. Agent talks to client.

team does NOT talk directly to client

I didn't imply that. I said that rumors are rumors. That's all. We fans in Boston knew that Kyrie was no damned fit here. We've been watching the makeup of Champonship teams for years. We know what it doesn't look like. I am sure that Danny Ainge knew that too. But you like your buddy, Av, assume because Kyrie is a shiny thing that the Celts were all in to sign him. That's what the talking heads said. Not me. And no knowledgeable Boston fan wanted him back. We were ecstatic to get Kemba.

If the books were “on a side” and all you had to do was figure out which side that was then shit would be a joke. You would have Emily Ratjowski blowing you right now.
It’s just another way to be a 50% bettor

It’s not any better than fading the public or looking for “fishy” lines

“The line is not what I thought it would be so let’s go against my instinct every single time”

That’s how you lose

“The Jazz are surprisingly expensive (like they have been for four straight seasons now) so they must be really good “

“Jazz are almost a coin flip with healthy Luka back so they must win the series”

How much allowance do your parents allow you?

It's hilarious that isn't even a joke.

The irony of a degenerate gambler that doesn't even have control of his own funds and doesn't place a red cent on any games is lecturing me how to gamble.

"Nets have best 1-2 punch in league and are going to the finals."

Fuck they’re in real trouble now
Then you run away from your bets.

If i had preached nets every single post---you would be throwing it in my face every chance you got and rightfully so....

But as i predicted you quickly shift to your "aw-shucks" routine. Which is easy when you are playing with fake cash.

But you go on one decent run and chirp away about God loving you. Priceless. :)

Nets would've been the biggest disappointment of the weekend if the Tampa Bay Bandits (also preseason favs to win it all) didn't get waxed 34-3 by New Orleans Breakers
