High pedigree/resume team that just isn't quite the same for a lot of reasons (Don't have a clear 5th guy, Klay isn't the same player, don't have Iggy anymore basically.....Can't play their best offensive lineup against real teams)

I think they match up well with Phoenix and Dallas though.
Memphis really was the match up that scared the Warriors faithful the most, given size/athleticism and recent history. Obviously it ain’t over in that series yet, but in my eyes they’ve nearly gotten through a tough test
Klay isn’t quite back but he has gotten a lot better defensively over last month or so, and did still manage to shoot reasonably efficient at like 20ppg. I think he’s subject to more variability in his performance than in the past. I ran some numbers and the std for his shooting/scoring was a bit higher than previous 5 full seasons
Lack of size the big issue and GP2 loss could be factor especially against Phoenix , but I think they can overcome the former against either of those teams. They just have such a smooth offense and so much firepower than can destroy you on any given night. Add to that the championship pedigree….I dunno. They feel like the best team even if it’s a year without a true powerhouse (kind of like NFL in a way)
Luka showing why Jokic winning MVP was rather laughable. Jokic is in no question great and a top top top current player but the fact he could only win 1 game in the play offs with a supporting cast similar to Luka shows why he shouldn't have been MVP. PHX is also a superior team to GS.
Why I said towards end of regular season; you really going to give an MVP award to a guy who is going to get crushed 1st round? People held it against Giannis for losing in 2nd round and Conf finals
