There is not one single person here who says the Constitution is iron-clad and should never be amended. Not one. This is what I mean when I say dimocraps lie to themselves. Yeah, the Constitution was written in the 1700s...but you claim that must mean all conservatives want to "live in the 1700s" because it fits your agenda...and then you pretend that's reality. By your stupid logic, there is nothing in the Constitution which specifically prohibits me from going to the top of the Empire State Building and dropping bowling balls down onto the street below...so I guess that must mean its legal. You literally have no idea whatsoever how laws are created, passed and applied at the federal, state and local levels.

Ted Cruz is no different than John McCain, who was born in Panama...but still eligible to run for POTUS. Do you know how or why? This might be a tough one for you since it won't be a topic on Smackdown this week, but let's see if you know why both are eligible to be POTUS. Go on, this should be entertaining.

Lying Idiot. There has been no amendment, and that's important to you hypocrites, that would change Cruz's status from when the Constitution was originally written, that would make him eligible. But you got in a Wrestling reference, and got to say Dimocraps, and that's Real Important to an ignoramus like you.

I was shouting from the Mountaintops about Hussein's ineligibility for years, but nobody in Congress seemed to want to listen and investigate some very uncomfortable truths (nothing anyone would find at 'factcheck' or your other bogus sites). So I gave up on the eligibility crusade. To wit, if a Kenyan can be president, so can a Canadian.

Obama was an American, born in Hawaii. So try again to defend your BLATANT Hypocrisy on this. Douche utterly failed.

Trevor Potter -- a former Federal Election Commission chairman who served as Sen. John McCain's (R-AZ) campaign legal counsel in 2008 -- told Bloomberg View that he doesn't think Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has as strong a case for his eligibility to be President as McCain did.
"After conducting our legal analysis of the term 'natural born citizen' we were very comfortable with Senator McCain's eligibility based on multiple factors," Potter said. "Without those specific factors -- two U.S. citizen parents, birth on a U.S. base on U.S.-controlled territory -- our comfort level that the candidate met the constitutional requirement would have declined."

McCain's birth to two American citizens on a U.S. military base in the Panama Canal zone -- a U.S.-controlled territory at the time -- received scrutiny during his 2008 campaign for the White House. Now similar concerns -- inflamed by Donald Trump -- are being raised about Cruz, who was born to an American mother in Canada in 1970.
Potter said the campaign took challenges involving McCain's birth seriously, and after looking into it, believed that all the facts in McCain's case would have supported his presidential eligibility in court.
"One American parent and one foreign parent; a birth in a foreign country and not on a U.S. base; and not while the parents were in the service of the nation; dual citizenship for an entire adult life -- all of those facts are certainly different from Senator McCain's case," Potter said.

I'm a Christian, but my father came from a Kenyan family that includes generations of Muslims. As a boy, I spent several years in Indonesia and heard the call of the azaan at the break of dawn and at the fall of dusk. As a young man, I worked in Chicago communities where many found dignity and peace in their Muslim faith.

You do realize, Mr Magoo, that there are laws on the books in the US which are not outlined in the Constitution? Laws which can be passed without amending the Constitution?

You have no clue whatsoever about how American society was intended to function. None. Anyone who has passed an elementary school-level civics class is miles ahead of you. Trust me when I say this...you're embarrassing yourself badly. Try quitting while you're way behind.
