well the thing is though, they do commit some violent shit and their mugshots are on the news all the time, but it's mostly all stuff related to gang/drug violence, convenience store robberies, other muggings, etc. But what i'm getting at is that you'll never ever or very rarely see a black individual gone completely sociopathic and goes on a serial killing/raping spree, goes into a post office and shoot everything in sight, same w/ school, blow up a federal building, or create a cult and kill every member by making them drink cyanide.

I think white people generally have a sense of entitlement (I call it the Christopher Columbus Syndrome). They feel what is there's should always be there's and what is yours should have been there's in the first place. That is white people are so quick to pull office or schoolyard violence and the white people who are pussies will try to sue everybody and everything.
Black people the ones that are hardworkers that is know that life is a struggle and nothing comes easy. So when things don't go their way it is almost like they have been bracing for a letdown so they can cope with hurdles better.
A white person will lose his job and go rob a bank or commit suicide in a fit of panic. A black person loses his job he collects unemployment and sells drugs on the side.
A white woman has that bullshit you call "postpartum depression" and snuffs out her kids by drowning them in a bathtub. A black man who can't handle fatherhood will just up and leave the family.
Both races have their insecurities and faults but I think a black person is less inclined to cause mayhem on a crowd of people when life throws him a curveball.
I don't how this thread got turned into this, but it is interesting to say the least when you think about these things. Anyways, if you don't mind i recommend to you the book Guns, Germs, and Steel if you haven't already read it. It definitely ties into a lot of what you're talking about, but more on a global, geological, and historical scale as far as human races/civilizations/cultures go. It explained tons for me. Maybe you'll find it fascinating too.
If by serial killing you mean selling drugs which leads to killing people and causing an uproar in the community where junkies rob and kill people for a fix. Then that would be a yes.
You find me a black serial killer that preyed on sorority houses, ate white people, his pit bull made him do it or he blew up the Credit Buildings cause his credit score sucked.

I will say this though a white person won't kill you over $20 but a black person will.
