I'm putting $100 in an account and going all in 7 times. 7 winners, and I'm playing in the WSOP, with my $10,000. So it's basically going to be a 7-team parlay. I just need the Shrink to release a lock for me once a month, and I'm in. Anybody else want to do the same? Maybe we can all have our $100 accounts and wait until we're all in agreement to make a play. It would be pretty sweet to have 15 RX'ers on ESPN next year. Who's with me?.........

That's funny, I do remember that kid. Then he lost one night, and we never heard from him again. Must have had to get a job.

I think it's a great idea! I've always thought about playing in the WSOP but the money alone was never enough of an incentive, nor is ego or fame or sh*t like that. But an Rx team thing, now that sounds like fun!

Aren't there just enough weeks left in the NFL season so that if we bet one game per week, the final bet will be on the Super Bowl? That's got to be more than just a coincidence!

I think we should send our money to the Shrink or someone trusted by him via Neteller person-to-person transfer. This person would then take the whole amount and place a single bet each week according to our consensus decision, probably at Pinnacle since they have reduced juice and high limits.

The reason we need this person is to make sure everyone is committed. If you send him your money you can't get it back unless we win all 7 bets. And then we need a rule that if you want to cash out and not play in the WSOP you have to give $100 to each of your teammates first. We don't want to win all those bets only to find that everyone cops out and we go to the WSOP alone. At least we want some partial compensation for that.

Probably $125 should be a good starting amount to end up with a cushion above $10,000 to cover expenses.

Darryl, I love your idea. I like the fact that this will be a team thing, and there can be no backing out or taking profits. That keeps it a $100 longshot, and not any part of our bankroll. I don't know how one account will get down as much as we will need to get down in our later stages, but I do like the idea. Not sure what the logistics are going to be right now. I guess we need to decide who's in and who's out, and then go from there.

You'll have to go all-in more often than 7 times b/c you won't get called every time. Also, you won't double up every time you're in b/c your stack will be larger than everyone else's after a few double-ups.

After the 6th or 7th time you've done this ppl will just sit and wait to call you with AA or KK.

I'm with ya on keeping our options open. College basketball would seem like the best way to go for me, cause they've got to set lines for so many games, every night. Being as selective as we're going to be, and only betting 7 times during the whole season, I think that is the sport we would have the most advantage in. But I'll listen to everyone else's opinions, and we can have a vote. I love the team concept. Darryl made some great points, and we need to have committed people. But I don't know that the NFL, the league of any given Sunday, is the way to go. Let's think hard about this.
