I am going to have a good day today and will stop in tommorrow with a smaller ##.
as the duration and intensity of cardio has increased, so has the carbs....only difference now is they're healthy ones...veggies like green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, i eat a whole can,whole plate or whatever with no consideration of total carbs......those 3 veggies,along with canadian bacon,eggs,tuna,turkey,grapefruit and apples are 90% of my diet.......also keep a close eye on the glycemic index.........'keep the continue'good job, 5 team...seems like you and I are similar at this point.
I started mine on 6/2 at 258 lbs...now I'm down to around 239-240 lbs.
i'm starting to incorporate more carbs and slow down the process a bit.
a realistic goal 5teamparlay...i hate it when guys come in here talkin about losin 20 lbs in 30 days etc,cause they are settin themselves up for defeat.....i've found that expectations (goals)make ye or break ye in our quest to be more fit.......that initial water loss fools guys into thinkin this is gonna be easy and they're devastated when reality sets in..........'keep the continue'Thanks for the support, I DID WELL today!!! in all aspects diet and exercise, short term goal 250 (July 4th).
