#1 is diet- no beer, more meats and salads, less fried stuff and sweets.
I NEVER NEVER COUNTED calories etc. Used to be a McDonalds dollar menu junkie (those days are gone). At worst I'll get a Chilli from Wendy's or a side salad.
#2 is moderate exercise, walking, swim in my pool with my 2 year old.
#3 lots of water, like a gallon a day always have a bottle of it.
#4 supplements. Not too many, I go days without them. When working I'll pop an OTC upper from 7-11.
#5 support from others, wife making better meals others not pushing crap food to me, making better choices.
HAVE SOME MOTIVATION. I want to be a great role model for my 2 year old son. Eating shit, I'd never feed him isn't being a good one. He's never had a Coke, a twinkie and hasn't had fries in about a year. Am being asked daily: have you lost weight? I'll humbly respond (my fault I had too much to begin with). Getting new clothes etc is very satisfying as well.
