The best handicappers out there are between (45-56%) on a consistent basis. Otherwise sportsbooks would not exist.

As far as the sportsbook comment is concerned, it isn't impossible to hit 60% over a big amount of plays, there just isn't enough people who do it. So even with a few who can do it you won't kill solid books.
