Will try to break even today with my MMA record .

So 10u bet is still pending to win 8.5u with Fedor to complete it .

Affliction: Banned - Middleweight 3 rounds - Honda Center, Anaheim, California

Terry Martin vs Vitor Belfort

My pick is Vitor Belfort to win

8.22 units to win 3.5 units at betfair

Would take more but no money to be matched left , by far the best price I could find . Someone put it there to be matched ages ago I guess .

like is said bablau has problems with strikers like lambert and liddell

plus whitehead will be coming down to fight at 205 which means he will be more powerful

GL Brainiac. I want to see Uno bash Aoki's face in though after his performance against JC.

So would I ... but this shit is very suspect how they let Aoki have the revenge and that controversial decision win in the rematch ... yakuza wants Aoki to win the whole thing and build him up as a new Sakuraba , FACT .

Aoki is legit.

Uno is a much popular figure in Japan, and if they wanted to fix a fight, they'd get a better result having Uno win the whole thing.

Uno has is own line of Nike products. Generally the HERO'S fighters were much more popular than PRIDE fighters. KID and Uno are still much more popular individually than Aoki, Kawajiri, and Gomi combined.

The simple explanation is that JZ wasn't as good as people were making him out to be. He destroyed Shaolin, but Shaolin hadn't beat any top competition prior to losing to JZ. Aoki is a big LW, neutralized him, and the judging over there counts submission attempts and position a lot higher. That was no controversial decision.

Though I agree with you that Aoki should've just been TKO'd the first time. The fans wanted to see them roll it back, so DREAM delivered. Nothing shady about that. It's not like either fighter was doing anything before that point.

If you want a good reason to bet on Aoki, I'd put less confidence in the conspiracy theories and more in the fact that Aoki is bigger and better than Uno. Uno maybe has the striking advantage, but Aoki has neutralized far better strikers in Mach Sakurai and JZ. Uno showed good takedown defense against Ishida, but Aoki will find a way to get it to the ground in a different way. Once he gets those long limbs around Uno, Uno won't be able to move and Aoki will eventually find a submission.
